Goodwill, Harmony, and Productivity in Your
Business through Better Communication
I'd love to give you a free strategy session on the phone or in person where we work through my perspective and advice on how to create a culture within your business that inspires mutual goodwill, harmony, and productivity through better communication.
The problem we have "I just want them to come in each morning, happy to be a part of our team, and work together toward the vision of the business that benefits everyone." This is the cry I hear from most business owners and managers I work with. Instead, you might find yourself constantly putting out fires, trying to get cooperation, or dealing with friction between the people in your business. Mutual goodwill, harmony, and productivity are possible Over time, I've discovered that there are a few fundamental principles to interacting with people that, if followed, will generate automatic streams of goodwill, influence, and a desire within those people to work with me on things- even in tough situations. First, I applied these ideas and discovered that in my personal and work life, I'd literally created for myself an environment where the people around me liked me and wanted to do whatever they could do to help and work with me- even in those tough situations. Bringing it to the veterinary community Then I had the priviledge of bringing this skill to a mobile veterinary surgery team. I helped them improve their relationships with the staff of almost all the hospitals they worked with and between one another within the team. Robyn, one of my co-workers, wrote a glowing testimonial for me concerning the help I've given her personally in this area. Here are some of the things she said: "I
had twenty plus years experience in the veterinary field by the time
Jason and I started working together. During many of those early
years I worked in highly dysfunctional environments where basic
respect was rarely given and abuse was a common part every work day.
It was a very draining and soul crushing experience. The worst part
about it was that I thought it was what I had to deal with and in
some way it was my fault.
Creating a culture of goodwill, harmony, and productivity Here are two wonderful things about these principles:
I'd love to help you with this. Here's what we'll do together. I'll call you on the phone at a time that's most convenient for you, and we'll go over the following:
From this intimate brainstorming session, if you feel there's enough value for your team to work with me on a deeper level (e.g. giving a presentation to the staff at large or working together to implement some ideas for culture transformation) and I feel like we're a good fit, great! If not, no problem at all. I'm just doing this to sow seeds of value and goodwill in our community. If this offer sounds valuable to you, take the time right now to fill out the quick survey below, and I'll get in touch with you promptly to set up our session! Take care :-) Jason Batten
